Probing the biophysical and dynamic properties of single cells
Your project aims at the characterization of the biophysical properties of the cytoplasm of living mammalian cells. You will use a combination of novel single molecule imaging techniques that are currently at the latest stages of development in our group. The emphasis will be on single cell measurements that will allow to probe the dynamics and properties of the cytoplasm and how these changes in different physiological and pathological conditions.
