Installation and setting into operation of a dynamic actuator testbench
The goal of this project is to install a testing environment for characterizing the dynamic behaviour of newly developed high-torque robotic actuators.
Keywords: testbench, high-torque, efficiency map, temperature monitoring, sensing, data logging, software development, drivers, characterization
A dynamics study and mechanical design of the actuator testbench _metrox_ has recently been finalized and will soon be sent for production. In the upcoming phase the component assembly and setup of the sensing and control environment is next.
Your task is to implement the sensor and motor functionality. Once the testbench is operational, test runs for actuator characterization are performed.
