**Responsibilities**
The SEA will be part of the Events Unit, which co-ordinates and ensures the smooth running of all CR events. The role of the SEA will be to provide logistical and administrative support, including (but not limited to) support with: travel and accommodation, catering, procurement of services, venue prospection, communication with internal and external suppliers and budget reporting.

BSc/BA or Lic in a relevant field and 2+ years experience of events administration is essential. Experience of working in a research environment is a plus. Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken, is essential. The candidate must be well organised and have effective time management skills to work within established timelines; must have the ability to manage priorities with regards to the scheduled events and tasks; the ability to interpret a variety of instructions made available in written, oral or schedule form; good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with dynamic and diverse staff; a high level of resilience; be able to work during weekends or after office hours in moments of high demand.
